Cons

they try to make you sign a contract for 5 years with no pay rise and if you try to leave, they charge you "5000 for the training" that is none whatsoever.

It’s a large facility. Most of management are genuine. Parking is given.

Favoritism among department. No lunch room. You either eat at your desk car or smoking section. String office politics
