      Overwhelming workload with micromanaged execution

      Pros

      Large stable company with many opportunities routinely becoming available. Many locations to work from with a lot of remote work opportunities.

      Cons

      Routinely putting in 12-14 hours per day for 6 days per week and still not able to keep up with the demands of leadership. Very little delegation of decision authority which requires senior management involved in almost all decisions. Very little process standardization leaving each person to figure out a solution for the first time, even though that same problem was likely resolved by a 100 other people in this company in a 100 different ways.
