      Pros

      Two week shut down (Christmas &New Year’s)

      Cons

      Management, Salary, Bonus vs annual Raise, Promotions (given to suck ups or buddies, rarely given on merit). The company has taken away sick leave, 2 paid holidays, and make salary personnel take their PTO or work 40 hours when the shipyard is shutdown.

      If you apply yourself there's plenty of opportunities to advance.

      Parking leaves a lot to be desired. If a couple of multi-level parking lots were built it would help greatly with parking.
