      Benefits and salary are great.

      Cons

      If you lose a contract as a direct bill there is little to no assistance in finding work within the company, particularly after 10 years of employment.

      Pros

      Work on cool stuffs and can actually see cool stuffs. BASE rotational program is a great thing.

      Cons

      Not enough experienced engineers, too much micro management from some managers. No accountability for some managers after their mistakes. Can work on the yearly pay increase. The area is boring for new engineers.
