pay and they usually help pay for school (not during dips in work)

Cons

they want you to live in constant fear of getting fired, ridiculously strict about menial issues but do not always handle larger issues properly, very judgmental employees

A great company prior to the Northrop Grumman hostile take over. Find someone who has 15+ years of real experience shipbuilding experience on site as they are the only ones who know shipbuilding - watch out for Director and above Hirelings who know nothing. The best place to work is Human Resources as they have no metrics, are responsible for nothing and concentrate on their own bonuses.

Cons

The company is filled from the top to the bottom of Northrop Grumman employees and fire - eliminate real shipbuilders. The CEO has taken a massive increase of 47.5 % in pension fund while looking to cut lessor company employees.
