Pros
Company has great benefits and great people with a good knowledge base and diversity which allows for many ideas to be speared and vented.
Cons
Management is not always open to new ideas nor can you advance your career without applying to open job opportunities. There is an air about the office space that if you come to work everyday you can get away with not doing your job as requested and also there is very little accountability. They only see numbers which equate to bottom line profit not caring about personnel well being and mental health.
