      Stability if you take initiative and perform

      Benefits have recently been going away...raises and tuition reimbursement. It is said to be temporary but we'll see.

      Good benefits, ability to flex work schedule to accommodate doctor's / personal appointments rather than being forced to use leave time.

      Cons

      It often seems like one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing - management frequently says one thing and does another and lacks transparency with their employees. Employees are more likely to discover the truth via the rumor mill rather than actually hearing it from management.
