      Excellent place for Constructing Mega Machines

      Pros

      Good pay, good working conditions, safety minded management. Company goals to keep an active and stable workforce.

      Cons

      I have been in 3 different departments in the past 20 years. Have never been promoted within. While opportunities did come up in that department, but was never considered. Always had to transfer to a different department to move up.

      I started straight out of high school and graduated from the design apprenticeship program.

      work had become increasingly slower and many jobs were lost to lay offs.
