      Great people to work with, relatively easy job, good life work balance, good pay for what you do

      Cons

      Many foremen have no idea what they are doing, general foremnoen will lie to your face with a smile, no follow up with non producers, the only real way to get fired is not coming to work. Upper management is always trying to cheat the navy
