      Pros

      Alot of growth opportunities and different departments to work with or for.

      Cons

      There's a lot of overtime to work, but its only depending on the department you work for if you get paid over 40hrs.

      Pros

      Pay increases every six months (union). Do your work and leave the good part is you don’t have to bring work home.

      Cons

      Hard physical labor. Brutal weather conditions hot vs cold. If you get hurt on the job you will need extensive paperwork and clearance from your PCP to return to work because they do not provide accommodation even though the company advertise as if they do. If your job entails all those strenuous duties you must be able to do it at all times. The yard is run like a labor plant. You are as worthy as the work you produce. If you are a production worker you keep your personal log of all things that happen because blame runs downward.
