Smart people as your coworkers. Cool things to work on. Great work life balance. Flexible schedules. Frequent travel opportunities.

Cons

Little to no career growth. Upper management has decided everything is based on years of experience, not performance. It breeds a culture of coasters when there is negligible extra reward for working hard.
