Enjoyable until I was laid off

Remote work, competent and understanding colleagues/management, adequate vacation/benefits

Cons

- Upper management expressed intent to bring people back to the office for more "face to face" time. It's outdated ideas like these that drive away talent. - Laid off several people at the end of the contract despite claims of noteworthy growth and contract availability throughout the year and in the future.

Pros

Very stable company, my division (Mission Technology) is growing fast even with overall economy slowing.

Cons

Not much opportunity for growth in career, and not much emphasis on company culture. Kind of boring work compared to what you would get outside of government contracting, but that's just my opinion I guess.
