Pros
Two week shut down is nice. The education assistance program and quadmed (vision, dental and health) is very convenient. PTO is pretty good. I get about 14 days worth of PTO (about 3 work weeks).
Cons
No overtime for direct hires (at least for mine). If you work less than 40 hours, they dock your pay check accordingly. If you work over, you cap out at 40. No straight time. Nothing. The pay is ok. The really bad employees really suck and you have to often carry their load. Which sucks. And you could do everything and more the manager asks you but only get 2% more than the guy that sucks at his job and legit sits there. So there’s that.
