HILLS truly help give me my life back. They understand that a work life balance is important for their associates. We work hard and have fun doing it. I am so happy to work for HILLS and the great people that work there as well.

Cons

Their health benefits are great, but would like to see more non traditional benefits for associates.

Good pay, great learning opportunity.

Cons

Your experience is highly based on how "liked" you are, whether that's by your direct management or even upper management. I have never witnessed so many grown adults acting in such a clique-y manor. The gossip between sites, the gossip between management (all the way up the chain to the very top) is truly mind blowing. Your opportunities are solely based on how well you're liked and not on the job you do.
