Speaking of legal and financial aspect of the job contract HR try to heavy hand-you in twisting and tearing the reality of the situation. 3. The follow parameters provide detailed clarity of the actual practices by the HR: * No detailed clarification of the leaves are provided in writing upon resignation. * Have to face huge penalty upon resignation for void contracts. * many more... and Company creates special cases for individuals. 4.
