I will always have a problem with management everywhere I go but this is by far the worst. I walked into here all happy because I was so excited to tell my buddies I worked here. I was very wrong to feel happy. My mental health deteriorated massively in an instant. I was not given proper training and once it started, I was quite frankly BOMBARDED. I had mental breakdowns almost twice a week and spent about an hour on the rooftop crying a lot. You could say that my ambitious nature had obviously died. Another thing to note. I was super stoked to use the company's pride logo for e-mails, but after pride month was over, I was told to remove it and change it to the default one. Alright, I get it, it's over. But it seriously felt like a microaggression. Not my cup of tea. Maybe yours? Or, just run while you can. Why do they have touchscreen elevators? So much for non-profit.

- OVERWORKED. 40% of my team left in ONE month. - If you are in membership services, RUN. RUN. RUN. It sounds like an easy job, but they work on a skeletal crew. Turnover is high for a reason! - Micromanaged like crazy. You can work more and more and they will keep adding more duties, if you want a job you can kick back and relax, this is not the job. I wouldn't even want my worst enemy (if I had one) to work here!
