Nice office, flexible, lots to eat around the area.

Cons

No parking, poor management, no direction, low pay, resistant to change, you can tell their are favorites. Benefits are terrible - for an insurance company, you pay a lot to be covered.

Salaried pay, just know you'll have to work extra hours, nights, weekends and holidays to stay on top of their unrealistic goals. No support, understaffed, unrealistic expectations, and incompetent management.
