Hard working employees. Employees really enjoy assisting members and providers.

Cons

Upper management don´t trust their employees. they had us working remotely During COVID for two months and now had asked us to come back. There lack of accommodation to single working moms, parents with small children, pregnant women is unreal. HMSA expects you to work as everything is ´normal´. There is nothing normal. Schools will start teaching part-time remotely and part in person. Parents will need to take YPT during those days.
