Flexible schedule for field-based employees

Cons

Health insurance coverage is cheaper and offers more for other employer groups, managers lack knowledge on the employees they overlook making them useless, annual reviews are highly subjective and have no concrete measurable criteria, employee burnout due to being exempt and managers allowing other departments to hand their work to others, lack of transparency on decisions made my upper management, questions and concerns are never addressed
