      Pros

      There are plenty of opportunities to increase your knowledge, both of your specific job function and of lean methodologies and tools. There is training available and you can become certified.

      Cons

      Location, location, location. All of the operating companies are in locations that I would consider very rural. Sometimes, amish buggies drive by :)

      Pros

      They really do try to improve the "member culture" and try to make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Unfortunately they are not able to keep up with salary trends, especially considering they are also implementing a lean culture. They are located in an unfavorable town, and are unable to pay up for commuters. The result is a revolving door, and many employees leave for a higher paying salary with better hours, it's unfortunate.
