Pros

Great furniture for offices like chairs, tables, desks, walls for your office.

Cons

HR ignore all situations leaving the members in a toxic environment. Removing or employees quitting from the job area without been replaced, leaving a members with 3 peoples job. Members from HR micromanage employees and aren’t giving opportunities to those with disabilities or under FMLA protections, they cut the opportunity to them to grow. Only closed friends with managements have the opportunity to grow in the company and get better positions than those with more than 15 years of experience. Some management aren’t following the rules for work overtime and let the member know a day before when should be 2 days, Aggressive employees for years like throwing stuff to other employees, with terrible/dirty language and management continue allowing them if they’re not hispanics. Toxic environment and gossip uncontrollably because everything is ignore. Now days management aren’t coming out from the office to the production lines to help and more because they’re allowed to take online classes while work, ignoring all the situations from the lines. So they have the access to grow in positions with certification, Degrees. But the regular workers not allow during work not even to see their phone or send a message in less than 10 seconds. Employees and treated like slaves and as if they were in middle school and not as adults! Not Respectful people at all and HR allowed that because they know who those people are for long time. Always the innocent get in troubles. Profit sharing is always a maybe. 10 minutes break? You have to go to break at 7:00 out of the line and be at the line at 7:10!!! So in total like 6-7 break time walking to/ from the cafeteria without counting the time waiting on line for use the microwave.
