Lack of communication between departments, causing information silos, no room to grow into the next role (for marketers), no budgets to really scale YoY DTC Ecommerce revenue, and just very slow moving for growth marketing. Product got in the way, a lot.

Very very racist company...if your black...go apply, you can become a engineer with no degree...if your white...stay away...its a terrible place to work..if your religious...you can't hang ten commandments on your table..but you can promote blm all over your bench..
