      Generally polite and courtious environment. Supportive of personal goals and encourage constant growth.

      Cons

      Constant movement and positions/managers change regularly. Prone to some layoffs every 3 years or so

      great people, room for advancement, diverse manufacturing operation allowing for many different experiences, continually trying to improve, fast pace work environment

      work/life balance, lack of accountability by others, if you do well at your job you'll likely get to do someone else's as well, lack of transparency by senior leadership
