      Pros

      It is interesting work on the engineering side. There are many different opportunities across the different plants, locations, and operating companies across town. Place to put down roots and grow.

      Cons

      Sometimes they shuffle people from metal to wood to seating just to shuffle the deck. Seems primary concern is that people don't want to live in Muscatine, so they have to keep it interesting somehow.
