Pros

Company history and stated values Still lots of great members to work with Leadership is very woke if you like that kind of thing

Cons

The HNI Workplace Furnishings merger created a lot of confusion, duplication, and watered down the Allsteel brand - kind of a Hon takeover The co-president thing at WF is odd, and the presidents are very controlling

Pros

Its a nice midwest company with nice midwest values. HNI works to adapt to the changing sales marketplace. HNI tries its best to minimize or compensate for large carbon footprint and environmental impact. Flexible when it comes to working remote, at least for office positions. HNI supports local communities in the areas where their factories and warehouses are, which are often lower income rural communities.

Cons

Business decisions are slow to be made and slow to go into effect. Office furniture isn't exactly a sexy industry. Large negative environmental impact from production and logistics.
