Company has been very inviting and creates an environment for great growth opportunities.

Cons

Lengthy Interview process, 3 months of interviews for me but made me realize how important it is for them to find the right person that fits for the overall company not just the position.

Pros

Wage was decent and provided learning opportunities at a corporate level.

Cons

The department I worked in was not run well. It was repeatedly looked over for staffing requests and management was not equipped lead. There were instances of unprofessionalism on the floor that were not handled properly.

Employee-owned, they seem to try to listen to their teams and plan ahead, secure jobs, and win over repeat clients. Recently improving efforts to expand into earning NEW client business.

Cons

Not many to speak of. The annual requirement for compliance trainings seems a bit overkill, but they may be simply following state/federal requirements (beyond their control).
