I'm finally happy where I work. Management here genuinely puts people first, they’re supportive, understanding, and lead with empathy. It’s a refreshing change to feel valued and respected on a daily basis. The work environment is positive, the team is collaborative, and communication is clear. I couldn’t ask for more.

Friendly employees. Nice clean and air conditioned plant. All tools and measuring equipment supplied by the company.

Cons

No training. Low pay. Many employees have little to no experience operating machines. Work is done in mm's. Management is not that bright.
