      Pros

      Solid hours, benefits. A lot of friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Too many bad apples in management and lead positions. HR personnel are bad about picking up or returning phone calls and answering emails.

      Pros

      Great management, does not micromanage. ProTech training. No flat rate/ guaranteed 40 hrs. Promote from within/ career growth.

      Cons

      Pay. They say they have "competitive wages" but most guys don't even make 30/hr.... plus they like to hype up flate rate bonuses, but if you go under on a job they just moves someone else's time onto your work order..therfore no bonus.

      Training that is worth way more outside of holt

      Cons

      Spreadsheet culture, moving towards flat rate for technicians Terrible pay. Benefits get more meager every year. Extremely political atmosphere. Supposed values based culture that is nothing but lip service. They seem hell bent on destroying there reputation as a good place to work.
