      Pros

      If you know what you need to do they'll give you full flexibility. When you don't it's still acceptable and the team is always willing to help.

      Cons

      There's an unclear pipeline to get out of being a technician.

      Pros

      Good place to work, most likely will never move up if you are a tech.

      Cons

      How can that salesman say that the techs are making 6 figure income? I know techs that have 20+years and can repair anything that do not make that. That would be around $50 an hour, The guys that do make that are most likely working 20+ hrs overtime each week, so why are you making it sound like you can walk in and be making a 6 digit salary with in a short period of time? Sounds like some body's trying to blowing smoke up somebody's _as_!

      Ownership is fully committed to its employees. Great training and benefits.

      Cons

      Senior Sales Management is uninspiring and is continually managaing backward. Company's VBL model can be used as an excuse for poor collaborative behavior and self serving positions.
