      Pros

      The investments made in my self development have been very beneficial. So many great resources. The culture of values (VBL) has kept me here for years. I know I'll be treated well.

      Cons

      Sometimes goes overboard with cost control. We occasionally step over dollars to pick up pennies because we had a bad month. More stable leadership looks to be coming in in the future, however.
