Pros

People, free time, relaxed environment, the job itself isn't bad half the time.

Cons

Benefits are pricey and not worth it for family plans. Too many changes lead to not being stable and people quitting left and right.

Pros

I've worked at HONK for a couple years now and over the past few months I have realized what a great company this really is. We moved to working from home and everyone has been really amazing at helping us feel comfortable with the change and right now I'm just feeling so happy with my job as I've seen family and friends around me lose jobs. People are constantly checking on me to make sure we are okay from hr to supervisors to the head of the call center. Just felt the need to thank everyone!

Cons

Last month was very busy! Most of the time the workload is manageable and glad we hired more people to help but at times when we are understaffed it gets really hard.
