Pros

Full-time benefits, PTO.Positivity 24/7. Support you need to do your job. Genuine atmosphere. I only am leaving for my husband's job in another state.

Cons

No sick time pay for employees.

Pros

They were so accommodating and believed that if the employees are happy then production and longevity would stay up. The job itself is challenging as you make and take calls to customers who are stranded on the side of the road and things can get a little stressful for them. It is so rewarding though to make the final call to them and everything went smooth and they are where they need to be safe and sound.

Cons

I worked from home for them for a little while and then moved out of state. unfortunately it is not a state that they will work through yet. Sometimes in the job though you do have to talk with angry customers or service providers and possibly angry clients as well.

Pros

This company is always reinventing the way we handle our services both with technology and customer service. It's always being improved one step after another and I love being a part of the process! With it being still a new company, there is room to grow and move up! 10/10 would recommend. Also, the culture here is impeccable. You really can't find any other

Cons

We don't get all colors of the HONK shirt. This place is great other than that.
