Pros

Talented people come together and create a synergy to be reckoned with. Diverse team that bring their A game every day. You are FORCED to be better! Office is great - back patio is soothing. You'll be able to enjoy the sun or the shade. Snack shelf is decent. Fast growing business.

Cons

HONK is still going thru the pains of a start up, a lots to learn. Cohesion in between departments is getting there.

Pros

Incredible coworkers with a diverse and well experienced background. Everyone is driven to constantly change for the better. People work great together as a team, celebrate wins and support each other through growth. Company invests an above average in both internal and external training for their employees which creates a constant learning environment. The environment is extremely open, modern and fun. It's a place to look forward to coming every day!

Cons

Not much except it can be cold in the office! (If that's the biggest complaint, I can live with it...)
