So much potential

Pros

Great company with good people. Approachable executive management.

Cons

This place could be great, it’s filled with talented individuals that manangment are failing to use to benefit the company. Management needs to re-evaluate roles and employees resumes to make sure they are in the best place to benefit the company. The company must learn how to translate employee skills to company advancement.

Pros

Got great experience dealing with distraught customers. Fully stoked kitchen. Still good friends with people from there. Because they are open 24/7 it's easy to work around a busy schedule.

Cons

Because you never knew what type of call you were going to get it was very stressful. Sometimes I would pick up the phone and it would be someone screaming because they'd been waiting on the side of the road for hours. Other times it would be a tow truck driver calling in and cussing because we hadn't paid them yet.

Pros

Great training. Honk is willing to change and adapt. Honk just opened a call center in Provo. Lot's of growth potential. Redefining roadside assistance industry. Get to help people that are in emergency situations. Systems are super easy to use. Great leadership that cares about employees.

Cons

With a new call center there are a few things that are still being installed or built out.
