Great work environment and steady work

Cons

Management is absolutely horrible. It used to be ok but Covid caused a lot of terrible hiring decisions for management that now have caused a huge turnover and isn’t getting much better.

Great products, employees are committed, and very good benefits.

Cons

Since Mr. Kaneb passed there has been some internal political struggles with leadership that have led to some poor decisions and lack of direction. Hopefully this is temporary and they figure out how to move forward.
