      This is the best company I’ve worked for. They truly care about you as a whole person. The pay and benefits are good and there is lots of room for professional development.

      Sometimes there is resistance to change, but there is always support from upper management on working through it.

      Used to be a great company years ago when management cared about us drivers. Then Dave took over now no one in management gives a rip about us drivers

      Cons

      Damn near everything. Management is nonexistent when needed. Too much micromanagement. They expect you to give up your family and life for them. They advertise 4 day weeks but you’ll never get it. Trucks are almost always over loaded and they don’t care. Everyday is a new book of avoidable BS. Absolutely zero care and regard for you or your home life. Your not working a 12 hour shift ever 13-16.
