Nothing. For what you do for this company there's always backlashes against employees and managements.

Cons

Mandatory overtime, sometimes you will not know if you will get overtime until the last two hours of your shift is about to end. Everything is about how much product we make and are able to send out. Lots of products are being rework (reused) which is disgusting because we made a mistake on the product and are reusing it again to make something else. If they had better machines this wouldn't be a problem.

Pros

Customers are fantastic but there is something very wrong with this location. Safety training is exceptional. Documentation and food safety is greatly supported and encouraged.

Cons

Management consistently hires under experienced people to save a dollar. Co-workers tend to band together in an abusive atmosphere. No communication from HR who clearly has no respect for employees or potential new hires. Sacramento has great potential but not under this management team.
