      If you like dealing with politics all day and be productive maybe 5% of the time, this is your company.

      Cons

      From leaders high up to folks carrying out the vision, there is no direction, communication and no strategic steps to ensure you succeed. Setup for failure every step of the way.

      Reporting is really bad. Hp cannot figure out where your revenue goes so you have to do it. It’s a timely process. You may hit your revenue number and they still will not report all of your revenue. They will also make you pay back if you don’t. They also will say well sorry you can’t find all of you revenue from all of your resellers from hundreds of accounts. It’s the absolute worst sales position you can have if you expect to make commission. Don’t waste your time grow your resume and career anywhere else
