      Pros

      Great place to work, great benefits and flexibility to work from home or even from other places if you need. Lot of different roles, respect to diversity and open to all different ideas.

      Cons

      Work force reduction don't stop, we are always afraid to be the next one in the list. Salaries are not very competitive and I don't feel like we are innovating as much as other companies.

      Pros

      The work environment is great. Flexible schedule and great people.

      Cons

      It's still slightly old-school in the way they conduct business, at least in the Houston office. The ways of Compaq are still instilled in the slightly older generation that mainly occupies this office. There's been a lot of change recently and the direction the company is trying to go is unclear so that's frustrating.
