Pros

HP has great technical talent especially in engineering and physical sciences. Flexible and informal work environment with strong focus on collaboration and results not political positioning.

Cons

Still working on company separation which means systems still have glitches and policies need updating but progress is being made to improve it.

Pros

Flexible working schedules and good learning and growth opportunities.

Cons

A place for young talent to gain experience and skills, but long term employment probably not in the cards. Very little direction from managers - employees seem to make their own roles and jobs and that's great in some cases, but create chaos in others.

Pros

There are good and energised people working in HP, but it is very fragmentary. Reasonable benefits, contributory pension, flexible benefits package. If you are in an executive or semi-senior position, you'll get on brilliantly, for everyone else it's a bit gloomier.

Cons

I suggest you have a good understanding of the make up of your team, as cross-collaboration, in my experience is not common. Big push to return to the office, regardless of circumstance.
