      Pros

      HP values your contribution as a professional. You find a conducive work environment and many opportunityies to move internally and explore different business areas, on the job training, and colleagues willing to help.

      Cons

      Being such as comfortable environment, in Italy average age and company seniority of work force is high so turnover is low. This can also be seen as a bottleneck for young talents career development.

      Pros

      Global company allowing exposure to different cultures. Good learning experience. Fair salaries. Theoretical guidelines for values and culture are great (pity they are not followed in reality)

      Cons

      Local nuances are not taken into consideration when pushing implementation of global policies. Too much bureaucracy. Escalation path to management is blocked in reality. Management prefers not to hear ideas which differs from theirs.
