      1. Freedom thru responsibility..the skys the limit in self development, learning and growing in the company. 2. Collaborative team effort and supportive staff makes for satisfying work experience. 3. Welcomes and values diversity at work. 4. Nice amount of adrenalin rush in the workplace.

      1. Prioritizing and obtaining resources remains a challenge from time to time in the stretched business environment. 2. Change management can be improved and made more effective.

      - Work flexibility - A good manager who knows what she is doing - I had majority good staff members who reported to me

      Cons

      - Certain times (especially during Month End Closing or Budgeting cycles) work life balance can be severely impacted - Company direction to move the entire finance organization to certain locations, causing many workers in Malaysia to be made redundant or to be transferred to Hewlett Packard Enterprise, which is currently also in a bit of turmoil
