To your point about our processes, we are currently streamlining our processes to be more appropriate to our new organization. Regarding your advice to the management team, our teams have been focused on new products and technologies that will disrupt the market.       Pros

      HP Inc. gives employees the freedom to direct where their careers take them.

      Cons

      Benefits have been eroding over the last couple decades (ie. retirement: pension -> 6% 401k match -> 4% 401k match; medical insurance: higher rates, higher deductibles; no off cycle salary increases for promotions). HP has been seeing higher turn over rates, both voluntary and through work force reduction, and there is more opportunities to be promoted, but with out compensation of the additional responsibilities and increased job scope.
