Pros

Work/Life balance is good, you can easily spend no more than 40 hours a week at the office and never worry about working nights/weekends.

Cons

The company's does not care much about its non-executive employees. On the list of "who are the most important people to the company" they always come last. HP used to have reasonably good benefits, but they keep removing them to "save money" while keeping their executives very happy.
