Hi there! Thank you for your review and for pointing out that our employees have a lot of opportunities to learn. To your point about moving jobs, I want to provide more context and mention that we have been consistent with our priorities, and although we have already announced a proposed restructuring, we are not 'shipping all jobs offshore'. Also, because technology is an industry built on change, many other tech companies have made similar decisions and go through these changes. I hope this helps! ~ Madalina Antohe, Employer branding & digital media lead

Short term, follow-the-leader mentality among management

Pros

Good working culture. It falls a little prey to acting like we're a family and not a business, but at least it doesn't pretend "we work hard, we play hard".

Cons

ELT and upper management have zero vision for the company besides desperately trying to pull up stock prices. Company continues to make deep long-term sacrifices for short term gains, that barely rise above the performance of our competitors. Benefits weaken each year. Example: CVS Caremark now handles RxD insurance, and CVS Caremark is incompetent and exploitative.
