Pros

Great place to work, excellent pay and benefits. Onsite gym, doctor, yoga classes, etc. I think there is no other place to work like HP Inc. I have been in 3-4 other companies and no other company compares to HP. Working from home is possible if needed, you can make your own flex schedule, etc.

Cons

Career opportunities are limited. So you better go for the highest at the beginning as you won't be able to growth a lot.
