      Training and advancement opportunities, flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Management needs training on how to be managers. Courses need to be required, especially for first time managers.

      I wish I could think of even one. By far the most poorly run company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      Covered parking garage on summer days is a pro. That's about it.

      Cons

      Terrible management and no communication. Senior management is constantly changing based on fiscal forecasts (if you're division isn't profitable, you'll get a pink slip) and no value placed on new hires. Team integration is non-existent at this place. People aren't valued and are treated poorly. Employees are given two weeks vacation per year, which is barely enough to cover sick days for those of us with children. Such an arcane company. Within one month of my employment, I was looking for a new job. This place is lame.
