Pros
Leadership, leadership, leadership. I can't say it enough. Leaders make an organization what it is. Treating employees, partners, and clients with care and respect, going above and beyond to listen to staff at all levels, actually taking immediate action with feedback received, providing opportunity for growth for all who want it, and setting a visible example of diligent hard work. HR Works is also growing fast, and in this environment, that means the ability to provide stability for staff and families. During COVID, there were no layoffs, remote/hybrid work has remained an option for most staff, growth continued, and technology was invested in heavily. The environment at HRW is truly like a family, I've never felt so grateful to be able to work with some of the most hard-working, intelligent and thoughtful people that I know everyday. The best part is that each day gets better as you get to know your coworkers and the company's brand grows with its people!
Cons
Growth always comes with challenges, personally, professionally and in business. Growth is also necessary and anything worth having is always sweeter after difficulty. When you have a team dedicated to growth, you have to work as a team to reach your goals together and that's exactly what happens at HR Works everyday.
