Pros

Good start to learn back end office processing. Flexible schedule and remote work option. Reasonable vacation, float, and sick days. Promotes team building and cultural diversity.

Cons

Base pay doesn’t meet current inflation rates. Management and leadership can be very “high school” and unprofessional. Instead of hiring, employees must increase workload and cross train into other teams, but pay stays the same.

Pros

Benefit program is above average in plans and cost share to the employee. Webster CEO is solid. Work / Life balance is solid. Plenty of Paid time off.

Cons

Salary & Bonus Plan average to below market average. Extremely limited opportunities for advancement or promotion. Some of HSA Bank executive leadership is not impressive. Poor company culture. Lack of health plan partners and distribution channels rely too much on direct to employer and broker channel. Lost many great sales and account management personnel over the past few years.
