Pros

Paid time off is generous and there is free coffee every day. Schedules are flexible with start times and benefits start right away.

Cons

Management and communication is absolutely awful. Being a top performer means nothing but a piece of paper to put on your depressing cubicle like a little kid. Many departments don't have any proper tools to do their job but are expected to preform the job like they do. I feel terrible for every new hire because in my mind all I'm thinking is "this is the worst career choice you've ever made". I wouldn't even use our products.

Pros

I cannot think of anything positive. I have to write 20 words so...run away from this company if you value your well-being.

Cons

There is a severe, severe amount of decay in this company. It’s corrupt. Files are lost constantly. They continuously oversell and under deliver. Management treats their employees like garbage. Don’t trust any of them!

Pros

A good amount of PTO- that’s really it! You’re definitely going to want to use it, trust me. Oh and we can listen to music while processing (I try to tune everyone out)

Cons

Started with over 3 years ago at $14.75 an hour. Was really excited as I was promised growth and opportunities with this company. Now three years later I am still only making a few cents over $15 an hour and of course no growth! The raises are terrible. The management SUCKS! No growth opportunities no matter how hard you work (trust me they make u bust your butt) going above and beyond gets u nowhere so you’re better off just doing the bare minimum like every one else. They will literally hire anyone off the street before they promote from within the company. And then they expect us to train the new employees when we barely got any training ourselves. Honestly this place is a joke. And don’t even bother going to HR nothing gets done. There are so many inconsistencies with management it’s ridiculous and they will literally manipulate u and try to tell u what u want to hear to shut u up and never follow through. It’s honestly sad because there are so many great and talented employees here that deserve opportunities. And if they treated their employees fairly this place would be a way easier place to work. But instead everyone here is miserable and looking for other employment. This place will literally exhaust u.
